What type of image work best for your products?

It's best to use high-resolution images  in jpg/jpeg format. The higher the resolution, the better. We'll email you if there are any issues with your image(s). If you're unsure, email us and we'll ensure it's quality.

How can I upload my images?

You can upload from your phone, laptop or tablet. The upload process is easy. Upload the required amount of images, crop and rotate to your liking, then head into the checkout process. Any questions, feel free to email us. 

What is your product guarantee?

Are your magnets made in America?

Yes, all of our magnetic products are made in America with quality components made in America.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Absolutely! Business or personal, we'll work with you to ensure you get a quality product at a reasonable price. Shoot us an email with your requirements and we'll promptly reply with answers.

What safety standards do your magnets conform to?

Magnets USA manufactured magnet products are non-toxic. They are made with magnetic material that conforms to certified toy safety standards for heavy metal content. 

How thick are your magnets?

Most of our indoor magnet products are approximately 1000 mils at minimum. They consist of steel back plating, plastic backing, photo paper, clear mylar and magnetic backing. Our Invitations are approximately 0.6 mm thick and are thin and flexible enough to mail with just a stamp. They consist of high gloss photo paper and a magnetic back. 

What surfaces do your magnets stick to?

Better question: What surfaces will magnets NOT stick to? magnets will not adhere to aluminum, fiberglass or stainless steel or fiberglass.

How long do your magnets last?

Our magnets carry an 12-month fade-resistant warranty. They are manufactured to the highest industry standards. As long as they're kept out of direct sunlight and away from moisture, they should last a lifetime.

How many sheets of paper can your magnets hold up?

Our largest magnets can hold between 2-4 pieces of paper. Some smaller magnets, such as the round shaped magnets can only hold one piece at a time.

How do you ship my magnets?

We typically use USPS Ground Advantage. Although some larger orders, UPS will be used. Either way, we ship them safely and securely packaged, with the tracking number promptly sent to your email address.  

What is the minimum ordering service?

There is no required minimum. 

How do I care for my magnets?

As long as they're kept dry and clean, there is no care needed. If they get dirty, just wipe them with a soft, dry cloth.

Do you sell our email addresses to third parties? 

Absolutely not. We will never do that. Even though you do have the option to opt out at any time. We encourage subscribing to our email list to take advantage of occasional discounts and new product announcements.
